Oracle BI (OBIEE) has been a laggard in the Mobile BI space up until this point.  They have provided only very basic abilities in terms of application design and interaction.  It is exciting to see they have stepped up their game with the announcement of their new Oracle BI Mobile App Designer.  The jury is still out on what strides they have made with this new tool, but we will be putting it through the paces in the next couple of weeks.

I will post an update soon on whether or not I think it’s the real deal.
